We ship our products pan-India, and offer free shipping for orders over INR 499.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It typically takes 5-6 days for your order to be delivered after it has been shipped. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

What is your return policy?

We accept return requests within 7 days of order delivery. You must email us at support@plencils.com with photos and a reason for the refund. If we find it valid, we will issue a refund.

We accept payment through UPI, debit/credit cards, Paytm, and cash on delivery.
